These people wouldn't mind coming on your bus

Chris Wilson
Saxamophones, vocals, clarinet, accent, memory loss (short, medium and long)

Chris has wind and likes to demonstrate this on stage with the Frenzy, he also plays with Psycho Zydeco and Dave Aston's Spanish Authorities.

"I have to do something with my hair!"

Dave Marshall
Bass, trainspotting

Mr Dave, not content with playing in one Frank Zappa covers band, also galls to play in a top-secret FZ power-trio by the name of Project X. It's described thus: "Imagine some of Frank's trickier instrumental tunes performed by the Sex Pistols." We can imagine that, but we'd rather not.

"If you're a bass player in a rock band, you are by definition a moron." - Scott Thunes, Bass Player Magazine

Jared (No Relation) Underwood
Drums, questions

The Wonderboy has been with PF for a couple of years and, like... he's OK, y'know... whatever. He has also hit things for The Mike Nock Quartet, Jackie Orszaczky Big Band, Synergy, Bubaca, The Tina Harrod Foundation, Jenny Morris, Prop and CODA.
Relevant Quote
"Why do we have to play all this circus music?" - when confronted with any set-list.

Les Rankin
Guitar, vocals, MYOB

Mr Les fiddles around with guitars in PF and the rest of the time fiddles around with other people's guitars - $30/hr + GST + travel time and a 15% surcharge on public holidays. As if that weren't enough, he's also the second banana of choice for a bunch of musical identities. We won't bore you with the details, but rest assured they're A-list. Les is also a Spanish Authority, but then again, in this crazy world - who isn't?

"What do you expect me to do, stand there and count?" - when asked to play the non-4|4 Zoot Allures.

Dick Scribbla
Keys, surprised moaning

Possibly the only keyboardist in the world whose playing would improve by being in a straight-jacket.
When not working hard for the Frenzy he enjoys reading between the lines, fishing for complements and riding the gravy train.
Relevant Quote
"They're the right notes, just in the wrong order!"

Matt Roberts
Vocals, accessories

Matt vocalises for the Frenzy and also does the things the others haven't got the hands/expertise to do, plays drums and vocals for anyone who can't afford Jared (or Chad Wackerman), produces house music and DJs as bside (and with Double Blessedy), but still finds time to worship at the beer of his choice.
Relevant Quote
"Can anyone get us a beer?".

Sean Windsor
Guitar, boxes, flute, violin, sandals

Sean is a big hippy. Don't let the masses of technology and textbook passive aggression fool you - a big hippy he be. If he could bring his own special rug to gigs for him to stand on, he'd do it. Pathetic, really. But he does play some of the finest guitar at the north end of the Hume with PF, Universe (with Steve Balbi), Local Alien, Eclection (with Jared Underwood), Matt Ellis and Natalie Miller.

"I've had my head up my arse for the last five years." - a true Zen saying.

Jeremy Barnett
Percussion

J2, like his brother in violence, J1, is a professional musician. For reasons best known to himself, when he needs a break from professionalism he seeks sanctuary in the bosom of The Frenzy. While his personal hygiene is beyond reproach, he provides the band with that certain musical whiff that says "Zappa". He is also invaluable in coping with the keyboard player's offloaded parts, no matter how little sense they make, nor how many stains are on them.
Relevant Quote
"I'm just gonna wear a toned-down version of whatever Jared's wearing." - a salutory warning to Petulant Frenzy's extensive wardrobe department.
