Don't you boys know any nice songs?

PETULANT
FRENZY are a group of musicians from Sydney, Australia with a love
of the music of Frank Zappa - which is lucky, really, as that's all they play - although they do actually like other music.
Not concentrating
on any particular time, album or form allows them to flick between
the many FZ genres and put shows together that are less about replicating the
works
exactly and more about performing them the way Frank would have enjoyed hearing
it - half way between total respect and utter irreverance.
Not content with messing around with Frank's wonderful tunes and lyrics, the Frenzy work to the
highest common numerator of the lowest common denominator. To this end, some of the lads
are partial to a bit of stagecraf', almost to the point of transvestitism. The guilty parties know who they are.
The Frenzy
play when they can get gigs that promise to be "events" rather than
"just another gig", which allows the fans to be assured that the shows
they see are going
to be special - which is nice. They're nice blokes, really - for c*nts.
Most of them
have facial hair, despite the trademark, and those who don't are berrated constantly for
being somewhat less than manly. Serves them right for having no commitment.
Of course
they'll play "Khe Sahn", but they might have to use a chart.
